ENGLISH FESTIVAL 2026 | CELEBRATING ENGLISH THROUGH MUSIC!
Today, our school came together for a very special celebration: our first English Festival!
This activity brought together our entire school community, from Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade, giving every student the opportunity to use English in a fun, meaningful, and memorable way. Each class took the stage to perform in English, showing not only their language skills, but also their enthusiasm, teamwork, and dedication.
Through music, movement, and performance, our students experienced English as a living language that can be used to communicate, express themselves, have fun, and connect with others.
For our youngest learners, the festival was an opportunity to take their first steps in using English in front of an audience. For our older students, it was a chance to demonstrate how their language skills continue to grow and develop throughout their school years.
We are incredibly proud of every student who participated and grateful to our teachers, families, and school community for supporting this wonderful experience.
At Colegio El Labrador, we believe that learning English goes beyond the classroom. We want our students to use English, enjoy English, and feel confident communicating in English.
English is not just a subject. It is a tool to discover, communicate, create, and connect with the world.

Hoy, toda nuestra comunidad educativa se reunió para vivir una experiencia muy especial: nuestro primer Festival de Inglés.
Desde Pre-Kínder hasta 8vo básico, todos nuestros estudiantes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar y utilizar el inglés de una manera entretenida, significativa y memorable. Cada curso subió al escenario para presentar una canción en inglés, demostrando no solo sus habilidades lingüísticas, sino también su entusiasmo, trabajo en equipo y dedicación.
A través de la música, el movimiento y la expresión artística, nuestros estudiantes pudieron experimentar el inglés como un idioma vivo, que sirve para comunicarse, expresarse, divertirse y conectar con los demás.
Para nuestros estudiantes más pequeños, este festival fue una oportunidad para dar sus primeros pasos utilizando el inglés frente a una audiencia. Para los estudiantes mayores, fue una instancia para demostrar cómo sus habilidades comunicativas continúan creciendo y desarrollándose a lo largo de su trayectoria escolar.
Estamos profundamente orgullosos de cada uno de nuestros estudiantes y agradecemos a nuestros profesores, familias y a toda nuestra comunidad educativa por hacer posible esta hermosa experiencia.
En el Colegio El Labrador, creemos que aprender inglés va mucho más allá de la sala de clases. Queremos que nuestros estudiantes usen el inglés, disfruten el inglés y se sientan seguros al comunicarse en inglés.
El inglés no es sólo una asignatura: es una herramienta para descubrir, comunicarse, crear y conectarse con el mundo.
