**Role:** Child Educarer

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with children 1 years to 5 years support self care development and recreational activities
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist with meal times, nap times, and daily routines
(nappy changes/showers/eating)
- Collaborate with team members
- Maintain the cleanliness of our centre

**Requirements:**
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
- Passion for working with children and helping them thrive
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

To honour Aunty Alisi’s memory, she will arrive at Taromes Early Learning Centre in Tupapa on Thursday 20 June around 12:30pm.

Families are welcome to come and visit, but there will be no formalities, just a chance for us all to say goodbye in our own way.

Aunty Alisi will be making her journey home to Fiji around the beginning of July, and a wider Community Service will be announced closer to the date.

If you would like to make a donation these can be made directly to Aunty Lusi otherwise these can be deposited to BCI Account 82809S6 - Alisi Cidresu Breavement and please narrate your name.

All donations will go towards supporting her journey home and her family in Fiji.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Aunty - Alisi Cidresu.

Aunty Alisi was a treasured part of our family at Taromes Early Learning Centre. She was known for her big beautiful laugh, her ever-present kindness, her unwavering warmth and absolute dedication to nurturing our children.

Her spirit and love were deeply felt by all and she will be profoundly missed.

To allow time for our Taromes Early Learning Centre family to grieve our centre will be closed from Tuesday 18 June 2024 and will reopen from Monday 24 June 2024.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.

HAPPY FUN FRIDAY!
To celebrate Tarome's 6th Birthday we had a combined session in Tupapa where our tamariki put their Masterchef aprons on and made some yummy cupcakes!
Baking is a life skill and giving our tamariki the chance to learn and increase their confidence in the kitchen is something we will continue to nurture!
