Our school canteen is a central part of our daily school life. Over the years, the canteen team has reshaped what this means for our school, our students and their team as well.

With more sustainable practices, local food choices and less meat consumption, the team is aiming for balanced and environmentally conscious practices to provide nourishment to our community which are showing in their day-to-day work. 🌱

Congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🎉🎓

This year’s graduation was another vibrant stitch in the tapestry of ICS, woven with the voices, stories, and shared journeys of 72 incredible graduates.

They leave us not only with achievements, but with ripples of ideas, of courage, of connection that will travel far beyond our campus.

Here’s to new adventures, bold choices, and the lives they will continue to touch!

🌏 A trip to Nepal for education, development and adventure. Before the summer break, some of our Grade 10 students completed their Personal Development Experience (PDE) at our partner school Shree Mangal Dvip SMD in Kathmandu. Our partnership with SMD in Nepal represents a commitment to genuine intercultural exchange, global citizenship, and transformative education.

Students had the opportunity to work directly with the local community by volunteering at SMD in Kathmandu. Tasks included student-led activities, supporting teachers in the classroom, leading and supporting with extracurricular activities. The ICS students participated in a shared learning task with SMD students on an economic-global goal situation which was presented to them. At the end of their week, they had to present their findings to the leadership team at SMD. 🎓

Of course the cultural exposure did not fall short on such a trip of a lifetime. They visited the UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and the Kathmandu Durbar Square. 🇳🇵

📣 Campus Development Update

This summer, we are making important progress across our campus as part of the Campus Development Project, including the move to the Secondary Building, upgrades to the Primary Building, improved bicycle parking, a renewed playground surface, completion of the traffic loop, and the start of the new Middle School Playground.
