MCL Myanmar Cultures and Languages

The first Htanaw primer, authored by Han Tin and Mathias Jenny, published by Chiang Mai University with the support of the MCL was distributed in Taung Poe Hla during the 2nd Htanaw National Day celebrations on February 24, 2026.

For the celebration of the Second Htanaw (Kanaw) National Day in Taung Poe Hla Village, Kalaw Township, South Shan State, the amount of 2.5 million Kyat was donated by the

မြန်မာ့ယဉ်ကျေးမှုနှင့်ဘာသာစကားများထောက်ခံရေးစီမံကိန်း (MCL) သည် ဆွစ်ဇလန်နိုင်ငံ၏ အရပ်ဘက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေ (Swiss Civil Code) အရ အရပ်ဘက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး အမည်စာရင်းတွင် Art. 60 နှင့်အခြားဆိုင်သောအချက်များအရ စီမံခန့်ခွဲထားပါသည်။ အဖွဲ့၏ မှတ်ပုံတင်ရုံးသည် ဆူးရစ်မြို့တွင်တည်ရှိသည်။
MCL သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ပြည်သူများနှင့် မျိုးနွယ်စုအမျိုးမျိုး၏ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုအထောက်အထားများကို ထိန်းသိမ်း၊ မြှင့်တင်၊ ဆက်လက်အမွေဆက်ခံနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများကို ထောက်ခံပေးသည်။ ၎င်းတွင် ကလေးများနှင့် လူကြီးများအတွက် ပညာရေးနှင့် သင်တန်းပေးမှု၊ လိုအပ်သော သင်ကြားရေးပစ္စည်းများပေးအပ်ခြင်းတို့ပါဝင်သည်။
ထို့အပြင် MCL သည် မျိုးနွယ်စုအမျိုးမျိုးအကြောင်း သိပ္ပံသုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများကို တက်ကြွစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းပြီး နိုင်ငံတကာသုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းများကို စီစဉ်ခြင်းနှင့် ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်းတို့ဖြင့် ထောက်ခံပေးသည်။ MCL သည် ဒေသတွင်းရှိ အရပ်ဘက်လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းပညာရေးအစီအစဉ်များကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးပြီး ယဉ်ကျေးမှုအမျိုးမျိုးအကြား ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာအတူတကွနေထိုင်နိုင်ရေးကို အထူးအာရုံစိုက်ကာ ဖက်ဒရယ်စနစ်အောက်ရှိ ဒီမိုကရေစီဖြစ်စဉ်နှင့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးများကို မြှင့်တင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်သည်။
ထို့အပြင် ပညာရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းများကို ဖန်တီးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် အခြေခံအစားအသောက်နှင့် ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာစောင့်ရှောက်မှုများကို အထောက်အပံ့ပေးခြင်းဖြင့် မလိုအပ်သော လူသားချင်းစာနာမှုအကူအညီများကို MCL မှ ပေးအပ်သည်။
MCL သည် နိုင်ငံရေးနှင့်ဘာသာရေးအပေါ် မူတည်မှုမရှိဘဲ လွတ်လပ်စွာ လုပ်ဆောင်သည်။ ၎င်းသည် စီးပွားရေးရည်ရွယ်ချက်များမရှိဘဲ အမြတ်အစွန်းရှာဖွေရန် ရည်ရွယ်မှုမရှိပါ။

MCL သည် ၂၀၂၅ မတ်လ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအလယ်ပိုင်းတွင် ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သော မြေငလျင်ကြောင့် ထိခိုက်သွားသော ပြည်သူများအတွက် တိုက်ရိုက်အကူအညီအဖြစ် ၁၁၀၀ CHF (၄၅,၀၀၀ THB) ကို ထပ်မံ၍ စုဆောင်းလှူဒါန်းခဲ့သည်။

The Myanmar Cultures and Languages Support Project (MCL) is a Swiss non-profit association according to Art. 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code. The registered office of the association is Zurich. The MCL supports the people and various ethnic groups of Myanmar in their efforts to preserve, promote and pass on their cultural identity in all areas. This includes, in particular, the education and training of children and adults and the provision of the necessary teaching materials. In addition, the MCL strives for scientific research on the various ethnic groups, in particular by arranging and supporting international academic research. The MCL promotes civil society education initiatives on the ground, with a special focus on peaceful cultural coexistence with a view to promoting the democratization process and human rights in a federalist state. In addition, the MCL provides the necessary humanitarian aid, in particular by securing food and medical care, to make education possible in the first place. The MCL is politically and religiously independent. It does not pursue commercial purposes and does not seek profit.
