If you can play and we get on together then you're welcome to join the Verein/Association. We are non-profit and all fees go to rental of the room, purchase of new instruments and instrument repairs. So if you have a sense of rhythm and want to discover samba, or maybe you can swing it like a Carioca and are looking for other samba lovers to play with, we'll be very happy to hear from you!!! If you're coming to try out, please get in contact with us so we can give you a warm welcome!

Samba weekend with .lopes is coming up! Tickets are still available, get your ticket and enjoy samba music with us!
The weekend begins with a Pagode / Roda de Samba workshop on Friday evening, followed by two days of Samba Enredo workshops where participants will play together in a full bateria and explore the musical language of Rio’s samba schools.
Whether you are new to samba or already playing, the workshops are designed to develop groove, listening and ensemble playing.
