Flow Village We created Flow Village as a place to reconnect with our primal instinct to move. As humans, we are Movement is at the core of our creativity.

As humans, we are designed to move – to run, to walk, to dance, to fight, to play. Flow Village is a Movement Studio in Zurich, where you can start your movement exploration. Our classes are designed to give you a full body and mind training (yoga, martial art and creative flows). They are not only beginner friendly; but fully focused on those who are eager to try something new and learn. Our students are everyday people who are passionate about movement.
