After four years in Zurich, Ayush Garg returned to New Delhi expecting to stay only briefly. Instead, reconnecting with his hometown, its people, and the city’s vibrant energy made New Delhi not only his home again, but also a place to build his entrepreneurial journey.

Originally from Colombia, ETH alumnus Luis Antonio Ladino Moreno found more than a scientific career in Mexico City. Today, he is a Titular Research Scientist at UNAM, where he explores atmospheric sciences and mentors the next generation of researchers.

From embracing Mexican traditions and cuisine to being inspired by prestigious professors and smart colleagues at ETH Zurich, Luis shares how the people he met and the experiences he gained have shaped both his career and his perspective on life.
