The new place is standing, the chairs are in, but it’s not running perfectly yet.

And that’s okay — because greatness takes time.

After weeks of, planning, negotiating and dreaming, I’m proud to say: Der Haarmetzger is now open in a brand new space.

Same sharp cuts. Same attention to detail. Same soul — just in a bigger, better home.

I’ve been working day and night to set it up, and I can’t wait to welcome all of you — my loyal clients, new faces, old friends — into the chair.
