Day 2 of our staff training was about bringing the class together and making our RWL lessons engaging, meaningful and relevant! 🌟

We shared lots of creative ideas for bringing the curriculum off the page - from cooperative learning strategies and teamwork to storytelling, games and role play.

Yesterday was all about learning, sharing and growing together! 🌟

During our staff training day, we revisited our company vision, covered general administration and class information, and refreshed our approach to teaching PF1 classes.

A key focus was teaching multi-level classes - sharing practical ideas for planning engaging lessons that support and challenge every child.

A productive day full of teamwork, thoughtful discussions and plenty of smiles. We are feeling inspired and ready for the new term! 📚✨

Next Tuesday to Thursday, our teachers will be meeting at our Head Office for the official back-to-school Staff Training Days! 🎉

They’ll also be collecting their class materials. Hopefully they remember to bring their muscles for those heavy boxes! Mindy did a great job bringing everything back, now it’s time to do it all again in the other direction!!💪📦

Now it's over to Emeline, who will be busy sorting, checking and repacking everything ready for our August classes. There is always plenty happening behind the scenes, even during the holidays. Material production never takes a break, thank you Emeline.

Last week, our Oerlikon classes met their final Letterland character, Zig Zag Zebra 🦓!All of our students graduated to the next level and proudly received their certificates 📜.
