Thank You Cranbrook 💚
Two of the best years of my life, spent with even better people.
Thank you for all the memories, support, and lessons you have given me. This city, this program, and these people shaped me not just as a player, but as a person. A special thank you to all the coaches, fans, and especially billet families for supporting us through thick and thin. You made Cranbrook feel like home, and I will never forget that.
The memories, relationships, and friendships will last a lifetime. This place gave me so much, and I hope I gave something back.
Thank you, and good luck to everyone 💚
Hockey is a physical sport…
If you don’t take care of your shoulders then you’ll end up paying for it later in your career

There’s a huge misconception about your spine being weak and vulnerable.
You think you always have to lift with perfect form — straight back, supported spine. But all that thinking does is make your body weaker.
In sports and in life, your spine is constantly put into awkward positions. If you can’t be strong there, you’re at way higher risk of injury — and your performance suffers.
Your body isn’t fragile. Train it to be strong everywhere, not just in perfect positions.
Rotation isn’t an accessory. It’s a foundational movement. Start treating it like one.

TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE | SLP Off Season Training
Training like an athlete isn’t just lifting weights or running sprints.
It’s building strength, speed, mobility, and durability… ALL AT THE SAME TIME
It’s training your body to adapt to different positions, to read plays faster, move in any direction, and perform in any situation the game throws at you.
This is how serious hockey players actually get better every off-season.
If you’re ready to train smarter and harder — comment “BLUEPRINT” below and I’ll send you the details.
