Amarelo Summer Program continues! ☀️💛

On June 23rd, we’ll welcome Ari Manca (Arianna Manca | Forró Dance Teacher) as our special guest teacher for a workshop:

✨ Topic: Versatility in Forró - Moving between Structure and Flow

About the workshop: In this workshop, we will explore how different movement qualities can enrich our forró. Moving between structure and body organization, softness, and the activation of specific body parts, we will discover new possibilities within the dance. Repertoire will be our ally, helping us move beyond the mechanics of the steps and into a more playful, expressive, and versatile way of dancing.

📌 Requirements:
Some previous experience with forró classes and comfort with basic movements and simple turns.

🐝 And if you’re completely new to forró, don’t worry!

Before the workshop, William () will lead our free Forró Initiation Class, perfect for anyone taking their first steps in the dance.

We’re delighted to welcome as one of our guest teachers for Festivalzinho Amarelo 2026 ✨

Born and raised in Northeast Brazil, Aline carries Forró far beyond the dance floor — bringing its rhythm, culture and deep-rooted traditions wherever she teaches.

Known for her light, engaging and welcoming teaching style, she combines technique, fun and authenticity to create an inspiring learning experience for dancers of all levels. Her classes help students build confidence, improve connection and truly feel the essence of Forró.

💛 Festivalzinho Amarelo 2026 – Meet Carol & Wesley

We’re excited to welcome as the first guest teachers announced for Festivalzinho Amarelo 2026 ✨

With more than 8 years of experience as forró teachers and dance partners, Carol and Wesley have built a solid path teaching classes and workshops throughout Brazil and Europe. They are also the creators of the YouTube channel Lá Vai Forró, where they have inspired thousands of dancers through content focused on technique, connection and musicality.

Known for creating a light, welcoming and engaging learning environment, they have developed their own teaching methodology focused on helping students build confidence, presence and authenticity through dance.

For them, forró is more than steps and movements — it is a language of communication, expression and connection, both with others and with ourselves 💛

As you already know, next week will be our last two regular program classes of the semester, but don’t worry, that only means one thing… our Summer Program is about to begin!! 🤩☀️

From 09.06 to 08.09, we’ll be meeting outside to dance, have fun, and enjoy the summer together. The schedule will follow the plan shown in the image, and the exact location, workshop details, and any special guest teachers will always be shared a few days in advance.
