Few weeks ago, ELSA Switzerland gathered in the beautiful city of Lucerne for the Spring National Council Meeting.

Throughout the weekend, members came together for activities and a series of workshops on Saturday, followed by a productive Plenary on Sunday, during which proposals were discussed and voted, and the National Board for the next term was elected.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended. Sharing these amazing moments with all of you was truly unforgettable.

And of course, none of this would have been possible without the incredible Organising Committee of
Their dedication and outstanding coordination made this NCM even more memorable.

A few weeks ago, ELSA Switzerland had the privilege of attending the L # # International Council Meeting (ICM) in Brno.

The week was filled with insightful discussions, inspiring exchanges, valuable inputs, and the opportunity to reconnect with ELSA friends from across Europe.
It was truly a rewarding experience that further strengthened our international network and shared vision.

We would also like to extend our sincere congratulations to the newly elected International Board for the term 2026/2027, and we wish them every success for the year ahead.

In addition, a heartfelt thank you goes to all our delegates who represented ELSA Switzerland throughout this memorable week with dedication and enthusiasm.

Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to and the International Board for the excellent organisation of this wonderful ICM.

We are already looking forward to seeing everyone again at the next International Council Meeting !

Last Thursday, the National Final Round of the ELSA Negotiation Competition 2025/26 took place in Bern in the offices of our Platinum Partner for the ENC, . It was truly an incredible afternoon!

The best teams from all Local Rounds, organised by , .geneva, .lausanne, , and .zurich, came together to compete at the national level. A huge congratulations to all our finalists and a special shoutout to our winners, María Tajada Lostao and Adria Márquez García! María Tajada Lostao also took home the award for Best Negotiator. Well deserved!

We are deeply grateful for the outstanding collaboration with the team at Kellerhals Carrard, in particular Dr. Mario M. Marti and Sophie Lou Mosimann, whose support in both the preparation and ex*****on of the event was invaluable.

And of course, the National Final Round would not have been possible without our wonderful judges: Dr. Gregor Bachmann, Melanie Bellwald, Jean-Rodolphe Fiechter, and Dr. Tom Pleiner. Thank you for your time and expertise!
