Step by Step carving..

It's conference report season! Here's some information on how to generate a conference report for your students. If you'd like to learn more about conference reports, visit Transparent Classroom's Help Center. Just hover [Help] on the navigation menu > click [Help Center] > type in "conference reports" in the search bar.

Once you've created a conference report draft for a child, staff members with access to that child's classroom can add comments or change the editable details of the report. However, once a conference report is created, you can consider it a paper document. It won't pull new information or records that you've entered each time you go to edit it.

If you enter new records, you will need to refresh the report using the [Refresh Data] button. If you need to update the template, please contact us so we can help you update the template on your previously generated conference reports. Refreshing the template does come with some risks, and it can mean that your reports lose already-added data. Before you email us, read the article "Refreshing a Conference Report Template" for more information about how it works.

Once your drafts are ready to share with that child's parents, you can go to [Children] > [Conference Reports] > select any drafts you would like to publish > [Publish].
