VOLUNTEERING
As a YES Alumni Volunteer, you make an honorary commitment to the Company Programme of YES. With your work, you are contributing to the continuation of the programme. NETWORKING
As YES Alumna or YES Alumnus you are part of a growing network all over Switzerland. Thanks to the YES Alumni Buddy Programme and different events during the year like company visits or the Alumni weekend you will get in touch with a lot of entrepreneurial-minded people. FUN
YES Alumni stands also for fun and adventure! Every year we organize regional, national and international events as well. Next to the mainly entrepreneurial- and corporate-focussed company visits and coffee talks the YES Alumni year is shaped by various exciting events.

✨ A huge thank you to our YES Alumni! ✨

This week, we had the pleasure of celebrating and thanking our amazing YES Alumni at our networking event. 💙

Over the last year, our Alumni have contributed an incredible 2,000 hours of volunteering! 🙌 They shared their knowledge, experiences and skills with the next generation!

And over all programmes, YES was able to reach more than 12'000 young people!

Thank you for investing your time, energy and passion in helping young people develop the skills they need for the future. 🌱

A special shout-out to those who have gone the extra mile with their volunteering: Elena Schorn, Zora Arbenz, Niklas Ebner, Giulla Petrillo, Henriette Hafeali and Konstantina Gavra. 💫

Thank you for being part of YES Alumni and for inspiring the next generation! 🚀

It’s time for another exciting YES Alumni event! ✨

This time we’re heading behind the scenes at On, one of the world’s most iconic sportswear brands. 🏃

Ever wondered what it’s really like behind the curtain of a globally known brand? Now’s your chance – we’ll get an exclusive look inside On’s world, followed by a relaxed apéro at the On Labs in Zurich. 🥂

It’s the perfect mix of exploring a cool brand from the inside and reconnecting with fellow alumni over drinks and good conversations. Whether you’re curious about On’s story, want to expand your network, or simply fancy a fun evening with the YES Alumni community – this one’s for you. 😊

When: Thursday, 10 September 2026, from 17:00
Where: On Labs, Zurich

We can’t wait to see you there! 🎉

YES Alumni is entering an exciting new chapter! ✨

As the network is continuously growing with alumni from all YES programmes, the former Company Programme Alumni Council and Youth Debate Alumni Council are joining forces to become one unified YES Alumni Council. This won’t change much for you as a member, but internally, we’ll be able to work more efficiently, collaborate better across all programmes (Company Programme, Youth Debate, Economics Olympiad and Sustainability Innovation Challenge), and organize even bigger and more engaging events for YES Alumni. Don’t worry, the legendary Reunion Weekends will still stay programme-specific ;)

And with the merge comes new opportunities... 👀

We’re currently recruiting for the following position:
📍 Events Manager (Focus Entrepreneurship)

If you’d like to help shape the future of the YES Alumni network, we’d love to hear from you. Send us a message on yes_alumni or an email to [email protected] 💙

12/05/2026

The Youth Debate Reunion Weekend takes places in Brussels!

Our YES Alumni tell you why you should join us 💙
