While taking a walk through our beautiful new neighborhood of Enge, Bordeaux and I discovered the tiny Reberg Bürgli vineyard. Only about 2,100 bottles of Müller-Thurgau are produced each year and distributed by Landolt Weine AG. Who would have thought? Only if there was a vineyard near our old apartment by Langstrasse 🤭😆😵‍💫

We’ve upgraded the Zürich Wine Academy classroom with the Sadler Form Roger BIG air purification system! This device filters viruses, keeping us all healthy, and removes pollutants and gases (like TCA😬) promoting the best wine tasting and classroom experience!! Classes start in just a few weeks!🇨🇭🍷📚

🚨NEW SOIL ALERT 🚨 We’ve made some good progress acquiring more soil samples for our expansive hands-on learning soil library. Due to the excessive heat, we are slightly behind our summer quota, but we have a couple trips planned before school starts😉 A big thanks to S.S. for the amazing collection of Tokaji rocks and soils from a single vineyard plot. Code names to protect our fantastic benefactors😬
