👉 Try this simple trick for learning complicated words in your target language.
In my experience Krashen is 100% right.
"Language is best taught when it
is being used to transmit
messages, not when it is explicitly
taught for conscious learning."

The Memory Book asks:
Is all learning based on memory?
After all, if you remember more words, you know more words!🤪
If you remember more grammar, you know more grammar!
If you remember more verbs, you know more verbs...😃
Doesn't it make sense then for teachers, educators, school directors and students to search for what does the science says about how human memory works?
I haven't found there anything about cramming.
👉 Stop halted speaking in German, and add more flow 💪 with this simple pattern...
Sometimes you just need a breather and might do without complicated conjugations. (You won't hear about this in traditional lang. schools, but you'll hear this way of speaking in real life, on the streets of Zurich f.e., just listen to Swiss talking.) 🔥🙂
When people start with English as default...
In order to avoid switching to English and taking that habit on (and so missing out on German practice), just say: "Ich möchte gerne Deutsch lernen. Bitte helfen Sie mir."
👉 If he/she continues in English, say: "Sie können Englisch. Ich kann auch Englisch. Ich möchte gerne Deutsch lernen. Bitte sprechen sie mit mir Deutsch. Langsam, bitte... vielen Dank." With strangers, such a shop assistants, etc., this almost always works. Don't back down, just go slowly. 🔥
