What have I learnt after 2 two months in the current situation? My main learning is that at some point of time in our lives, we all need support. And when those situations come, nothing has such powerful emotional impact as interaction and contact with other human beings; be it a listening ear, or a helping hand✨

🍀The concept of resilience takes importance in the situation we live. Resilience is the ability to adapt and deal with difficult situations, recover quickly, and learn from challenging experiences. Learning resilience help us to move easier through life and face unexpected situations.

✨Resilience is a positive spirit that gives trust that the situation will pass and improve, and that allow us to be calm and take positive actions to adapt to a situation and face difficulties. Staying busy and occupied during crisis times helps in developing a positive attitude.
