Chickpea Curry Recipe🍛
This flavourful chickpea curry is a great source of plant-based protein and essential nutrients.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
150 g Basmati rice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
400 ml coconut milk
400 g chopped tomatoes (fresh)
1 can chickpeas (approx. 400 g), drained
Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, curry paste or turmeric• Optional: fresh ginger, parsley, baby spinach
Instructions:
Cook rice: rinse rice and cook with double the water for 10–15 minutes.
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Add tomatoes and spices, let simmer.
Add chickpeas and coconut milk, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve with rice, top with parsley and baby spinach if desired.

Raspberry Protein Smoothie Recipe🍓
This refreshing raspberry protein smoothie aids in recovery and increases protein intake.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
200 g frozen raspberries
200 g quark
40 g oat bran
20 g shelled h**p seeds
2 tsp dark almond butter
400 ml water
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.

Congratulations, Sydney!
Sydney Schertenleib has once again become Spanish champion with FC Barcelona. For Barcelona Femení, it is already their seventh league title in a row and their eleventh overall.

A golden ice hockey season for Ludwig Centerham 🏒🥇
Our student Ludwig plays ice hockey with the ZSC Lions U18-Top and recently became Swiss Champion 2026 together with his team.
They secured the title with an 8:0 win against Olten, one round before the end of the Masterround A.
Balancing school and elite sport takes real dedication and we could not be prouder of Ludwig for crowning his season with this achievement alongside his team.

FC Zurich U16 in the Swiss Cup Final 🏆⚽
Our student, Loris Frei, plays football for FC Zurich U16s and has reached the Swiss Cup Final! On 11 April, his team will play against FC Winterthur at the Sportanlagen St. Jakob in Basel.
We are excited to cheer him on and wish Loris and his teammates the very best for the final. Go get it! 🤍

Remarkable Performances from our students across Sports and Music👏
In swimming, Yara De Fezza competed in the 50m breaststroke and swam a personal record of 32“56, finishing 3rd in her race.
With this result, she has already been selected for the Swiss national team for next year. The Swiss Championships are coming up in a few weeks, and a repeat of this performance would qualify her for the European Championships later this year.
In music, Kim Gygax and her backing vocalist Liana Dal Santo won the Battle of the Bands with their group .official. After the performance, both the jury and the crowd voted them into first place.
