Chocolate Chia Mousse Recipe🍫

This delicious chocolate chia mousse helps to maintain stable energy levels and prevent energy loss.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
• 60 g chia seeds
• 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2–3 tbsp agave syrup
• 300 g yogurt

Optional Topping:
• Fresh berries
• Puffed quinoa

Instructions:
1. Mix chia seeds, cocoa powder, agave syrup, and yogurt thoroughly.
2. Let the mixture sit in the fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.
3. Stir well before serving and add toppings as desired.

Three days with Right to Dream in Denmark 🇩🇰⚽

Developing great people, not just great footballers.

During three days at FC Nordsjælland and Right to Dream, we got a close look at their development model built on three pillars: Football. Education. Character.

What impressed us most was how everything worked together. There is a clear football philosophy, individual development, education, sports psychology and long-term pathways, all of which are connected. Young players are encouraged to take responsibility, make decisions, learn from their mistakes and develop both on and off the pitch.

For us at Swiss Academy, the visit strongly reinforced what we believe in: holistic talent development means developing the person first, not just the athlete.

🏆⚽ From the classroom to the big stage

Yesterday our longtime student Cheveyo Tsawa made his Champions League debut for Club Brugge. Everyone at Swiss Academy Group is incredibly proud of this milestone and couldn’t be happier for him.

Beetroot Gratin Recipe🥕

This colourful dish is rich in antioxidants, which support circulation and overall performance.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
300 g cooked beetroot, diced
1 small Hokkaido pumpkin (approx. 300–400 g), diced
4 potatoes, pre-cooked
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs
4 thyme sprigs
200 g feta cheese
Optional: walnut pieces, honey

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
Boil potatoes for 15–20 minutes until almost done.
Mix beetroot, pumpkin, garlic, and potatoes with olive oil, spices, and thyme sprigs.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove briefly, sprinkle feta on top, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Optionally, garnish with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.

Our skater Nadine Gzara and her team Starlight Juniors are ranked TOP 10 worldwide in Synchronised Skating🌍

Competing with 21 skaters, 16 of them on the ice, they performed two breathtaking programmes this season: Volcano and Peacock⛸️

2026 Highlights from our Students: Liv Kofmel🩰

Our dancer Liv Kofmel, training at the Ballettschule für das Opernhaus Zürich, received an A+ at the Dance Suisse Talent Scouting Days 2026.

The Talent Scouting Days are a nationwide programme by the Swiss Dance Association, where young dance talents are evaluated by a professional jury.

Impressions from our End of the Year Event

The evening was once again accompanied by some fantastic performances from our students. Singing, dancing, violin and even a creative video by the leaving class made this an extra-special evening.

It was a great pleasure to welcome a delegation from Right to Dream to Switzerland, an international organisation that combines talent development in football with education and character development.🇬🇭⚽

What was particularly valuable for us was the opportunity to look at talent development from different cultural perspectives. Ghana and Switzerland are very different contexts, yet the fundamental questions remain similar: How do we support young people in their development? How do we combine education, personal growth and sporting excellence? And how do we create environments in which young people are seen, challenged and supported beyond their talent alone?

It was inspiring to see how much we can learn from one another when we look beyond our own structures and remain open to different approaches.

A sincere thank you to Dionne Fritswa Boateng and Bright Sewu from Right to Dream Ghana, as well as to Enver Klaiqi from Barça Academy Zurich, for the inspiring exchange. 🙏

We look forward to continuing this dialogue and seeing where this growing connection may lead.

Swiss Academy End of Year Event 🎓

As every year, we held our annual End of Year Event, bringing together students, teachers and parents to celebrate the end of another successful school year.

We celebrated our graduating students and presented a few well-deserved awards in recognition of our students‘ achievements throughout the year.

The afternoon featured wonderful performances by our students, including dancing, singing and playing music. 🎶💃🎤
