The word mantra means "that what liberates the mind". Chanting and recitation of mantras has gained strong popularity in all parts of the world. What exactly is it that a mantra can or does do with our mind? What does it free the mind from? Is any mantra as good as another?

Our guest speaker for this session is Dhira Govinda dasa (David B. Wolf Ph.D.)
David Wolf, Ph.D. is a leading expert in mantra meditation research. He is the developer of the Vedic Personality Inventory, the most rigorously validated personality assessment tool based on the psychology of the gunas. David is the author of Relationships That Work: The Power of Conscious Living, and several other books that integrate ancient wisdom with modern approaches to transformation of consciousness. Dr. Wolf is the founder of the Satvatove Institute School of Transformative Coaching, and has been featured as a communications expert on major media outlets such as Fox News and CNN News.

We look forward to your participation either live on ZOOM or via Facebook.

It is said that the mind is our main tool for our spiritual practice. Whether we pray, study scriptures, contemplate, worship, work, meditate or communicate with others, it requires the ability of our mind to be present in the given moment.

Often, and perhaps more often than not, we struggle to be fully present with the things we do and people we associate with. In this session we want to explore the dynamics of the "overly busy mind" and establish strategies that will help us to free our mind from being unnecessarily occupied.

Our speaker for this session is Keshava Madhava dasa (Klaus Frenzel). Being a certified occupational therapist and working in the field of psychiatry for over more than a decade, Keshava has ample experience regarding the difficulties and challenges that can occur within the mind, and which may make it difficult to lead a balanced life. Besides this Keshava is a transformational coach (ICF recognized) and hypnotherapist. He has his own coaching practice in Zurich, Switzerland.

We look forward to have you with us on this session and invite you discuss and share your thoughts with us.
