You can’t close a skills gap you haven't measured.
Yesterday, our CEO, Samir Aliyev, and our Head of Learning, Ayaz Karimov, joined digitalswitzerland in Zurich for the 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸: 𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 roundtable. We exchanged insights on practical strategies to strengthen Switzerland's AI readiness, highlighting how important it is to assess AI maturity in organizations.
Switzerland leads the world with the highest density of AI researchers. At the same time, many companies still struggle to use AI responsibly and to assess the AI literacy of their workforce.
Our AI maturity assessment turns "we feel trained" into a clear map of who sits where and makes it possible to identify where your team needs training. At the Swiss Cyber Institute, we help identify these gaps and bridge them.
A big thank you to Linda Muelli for the organization, and to Franziska Barmettler & Andreas Meyer for the platform and their engagement for AI literacy in Switzerland. 👏
