A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday at the Park Hyatt Zurich for our 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

More than 50 senior cybersecurity professionals, academics, media representatives, partners, and speakers came together for an inspiring evening.

We began in the afternoon with an Executive Workshop on AI Agent Security, led by Guido Salvaneschi from the University St.Gallen (HSG) and Florian Tramèr from the ETH Zurich. Afterwards, we continued the exchange at our exclusive Pre-Conference Networking Event.

The skills companies need are changing. People need the chance to build them.

In an interview with Fabienne Riklin-Truninger for Tages-Anzeiger, Interiman Group CEO 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗶𝗱 expects 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. He also emphasizes that companies need to invest more in people already in the workforce, rather than expect them to have every skill from day one.

At Swiss Cyber Institute, we work on both sides of that challenge. Through our 𝗔𝗜 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 and 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 programs, we help professionals build the skills they need to stay employable and help companies develop those skills within their teams.

Want to build AI agents in a responsible way?

Carlo Onofaro joined our 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 because he wanted practical skills he could use immediately in real-world cases and, above all, to learn how to keep AI agents operating safely. Here is what Carlo had to say about his experience with us:

💡 "The governance part of the training taught me how to think through the whole project when building AI agents, including security cycles, and that is really important the moment you start working on a project that should last."

At the Swiss Cyber Institute, we believe that developing the right governance mindset is just as important as learning the technology. We are proud that professionals like Carlo choose us to be part of their journey.
