Yuhuuu! Fertig gezählt! Danke dem Skillsteam und der Studicrew 🙏😊 Nach zwei Wochen sind alle Schrauben angezogen, ist alles gezählt, wieder schön eingeräumt und parat für den Semesterbeginn im September. 🙌🎓🤓

Und weiter geht es mit dem Zählen, Schräubeln, Flicken und Auseinander- und Zusammensetzen. am G.

Es ist -time am G: Skelette, Babys, Kissen, Hanteln, Matten, Rollstühle, Stützstrümpfe, Medizinbälle, Lego, Schienenmaterial, … alles muss gezählt, gewaschen und repariert werden.

Das Skillsteam ist unermüdlich letzte und diese Woche dran. Danke vielmal alli 🙏☺️

am Tag der ✊😍💪 Auch so kann man die Bachelorarbeit am G präsentieren. Herzliche Gratulation allen. War super interessant und unterhaltsam.
Und es geht noch weiter bis 16.30h in einem grandios kühlen Haus!

Der Tag der G dauert heute von 8.30-16.30 Uhr: über 250 Präsentationen von knapp 500 Studierenden. 🤩😍💪
Und das allerbeste: im Haus ist es sooo was von angenehm kühl!!!! 😍💯❄️

One of the most powerful moments of the plenary session today was a collective protest by Indigenous midwives from Canada, the United States, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries. They stood together in response to the ICM’s decision to withdraw its position statement on partnership between Indigenous and non-Indigenous midwives.

A powerful reminder that advocacy, solidarity, and respectful partnership remain essential to our profession.

Today was my final day at the International Confederation of Midwives Congress 2026 in Lisbon. I'm now heading back to Zurich to complete my final ZMC internship. I’m looking forward to seeing some of you again at the graduation ceremony at on September 4. Until then, I wish everyone a wonderful summer!

Sunday’s opening ceremony of the ICM Congress felt like a blend of the Rio Carnival and the Olympic Games! 🎉🌎
Inspiring speeches from global leaders, the introduction of the new ICM Council Board, vibrant artistic performances, and the parade of flags created an unforgettable atmosphere.

In the next four days over 3,000 midwives from around the world will be attending lectures, symposia, and hands-on workshops covering a wide range of obstetric and healthcare topics.

I’m incredibly excited to be here and to be part of this amazing international community! 🤩
