Our IGCSE students have achieved fantastic results, reflecting their hard work, commitment and determination.

A warm welcome makes all the difference. 💙

Before the start of the school year, our Orientation Days brought families together to meet their new teachers, explore their classrooms, get familiar with the campus, take part in team-building activities, reconnect with familiar faces and start making new connections.

For us, welcoming new families is about much more than helping them find their way around. It’s about creating the connections, confidence and sense of belonging that help students and parents settle into life at CDL.

And the welcome continues, with two coffee mornings coming up this week to give our new parents another opportunity to meet, connect and feel at home in our community. ✨

Last week, our new boarders arrived at CDL with their families — carrying suitcases, excitement, and perhaps a few nerves along the way.

They discovered their rooms, got to know their house parents and fellow boarders, and maybe even crossed paths with the people who could one day become their closest friends.
For parents, it was a moment of letting go. For students, a first step into something entirely new. And through all the excitement and uncertainty, they were welcomed by a team ready to make them feel safe, supported and cared for.

A new place, new faces, and the beginning of so many stories yet to be written. 💙

This morning, the campus filled again with familiar faces, first-day nerves, big reunions and plenty of excitement for what lies ahead.

From children arriving hand in hand with their parents to friends finding each other again and classrooms coming back to life, these are the moments that make the first day back so special.

A new school year, and thousands of new stories just beginning.
