“Do we need private tutoring on top of the school Gymi course?” is one of the most understandable questions parents ask us.
Sometimes, the honest answer is no.
If the course helps your child understand their gaps, practise independently, receive meaningful feedback and make visible progress, adding more support may simply create additional pressure and workload.
Individual support becomes valuable when the challenge is more specific:
Maths foundations, academic German, essay writing, exam strategy, study organisation or uncertainty about what to prioritise.
The number of lessons is not the point. The fit is.
Before adding another course, another tutor or another stack of exercises, ask:
