📣 Something new is coming… and we’re so excited to finally share it with you.

Introducing The Midlife Reset Day—a full day dedicated to helping you feel informed, supported and confident through perimenopause, menopause and the decades beyond.

Together with Julie Blume from Our Happy Place | Events • Community , I’ve created the kind of day we believe women truly need: warm, practical, evidence-based and refreshingly honest.

We’ll explore:

✨ What is really changing in midlife
✨ Stress, recovery and the nervous system
✨ Strength, balance, mobility and long-term health
✨ Nutrition without dieting or restriction
✨ Motivation, habits and the all-or-nothing cycle

There will be movement, practical exercises, meaningful conversation, a functional fitness assessment and, of course, a beautiful protein-rich seasonal lunch prepared by Julie.

Most importantly, you’ll leave with your own personalised Midlife Roadmap—not simply more information, but a clear idea of what will make the greatest difference for you.

🗓 Sunday, 27 September
⏰ 09:30–17:00
📍 Feel Good Zone, Horgen
👥 Limited to just 10 women

Because menopause isn’t simply something to get through. It can be an opportunity to build the strongest, healthiest version of yourself for the decades ahead.

Marco is back! 🍞

Before heading off on my sabbatical, I put my beloved sourdough starter Marco in the freezer and crossed my fingers. After seven weeks away, I wasn’t entirely convinced I’d be able to bring him back to life.

But after a little patience (and quite a lot of feeding!), he’s bubbling away again — and I’m ridiculously pleased about it.

And yes, I really do love bread.

As a nutrition coach, I believe strongly that a healthy way of eating should have room for the foods we genuinely enjoy. For me, good nutrition isn’t about cutting out bread, carbohydrates or entire food groups. It’s about what we eat most of the time — nourishing our bodies with plenty of protein, fibre, fruit and vegetables, whole foods and variety, while also leaving room for pleasure.

Especially in midlife, there are things we can be more intentional about nutritionally. But I don’t believe that becoming healthier should mean making our diets smaller, more restrictive or less enjoyable.

A healthy diet should add to your life, not take away from it.

And in my life, there is definitely room for a slice of homemade sourdough.

Welcome back, Marco ❤️.

Summer break: officially over. ☀️➡️🏋️‍♀️

Time to get those year-long bodies back into gear! 😉

The gym is a little cooler, I’m feeling refreshed, and after 7 weeks away I’m coming back with a whole lot of energy, ideas and motivation.

So… enough lounging. Lunging however, bring it 😜!

Let’s move, lift, sweat, laugh and feel GOOD again.

Who’s with me? Let’s GO! 💪🔥

Taking a moment to sit still... before seven weeks of adventure begins! 🌎✈️

This summer, I’m pressing pause on classes and personal training while my family and I head off to explore Peru, the Galápagos Islands and Costa Rica.

Closing the studio for seven weeks isn’t an easy decision, but the chance to spend this time with my kids while they still actually want to hang out with us is one I couldn’t pass up. 😄

We’ll be swapping kettlebells for rainforests, mountain trails and wildlife, making memories and embracing a little adventure together.

Classes and personal training will resume on 17th August.

Until then, make the most of the sunshine, keep moving in ways that make you feel strong and energised, and remember that consistency over a lifetime matters far more than perfection over a few weeks.

I’ll be back with a full camera roll, plenty of stories, and batteries fully recharged.

After all, when we’re building strong, resilient bodies for life, seven weeks is just a tiny chapter in the story. 😊

Yesterday, Sunday 12th April, we wrapped up the second session of our Spring Reset: Navigating the Menopause Transition with Confidence and Clarity — and what a truly special day it was 🌷

We were so grateful to share a warm, open, and supportive space where participants could ask honest questions, exchange experiences, and leave feeling more informed and empowered about their midlife health journey.

Together, we explored how nutrition needs evolve during menopause, discussed current guidance, and worked through practical, realistic strategies to support energy, strength, and long-term wellbeing. It was inspiring to see such thoughtful conversations and curiosity in the room.

A heartfelt thank you to .med.tinabernardi Gynaecologist and Menopause Specialist, who guided us through hormone-related topics with such empathy, clarity, and depth of knowledge. Her presence made a real difference 💛

And special thanks to Julie from .ch , who delighted us with a beautiful protein-focused feast that showed just how nourishing and enjoyable supportive nutrition can be!

These workshops remind us how important it is to create spaces where women feel confident, informed, and supported through the menopause transition — and we are excited to continue offering more sessions in the future ✨

If you’d like to stay informed about upcoming workshops, feel free to send us a PM — we’d love to keep you in the loop.

Hormonal changes in midlife can feel unpredictable—physically, emotionally, mentally.

What’s often missing is clear, compassionate information that actually helps you understand what’s going on in your body.

In our upcoming workshop, .med.tinabernardi , specialised gynaecologist, will guide us through the world of hormones with clarity and care—creating a space where no question feels too small or too much.

This is about replacing confusion with understanding… and fear with confidence. 🤍

Because when you understand your body, everything starts to feel a little more manageable.

Feeling deeply grateful today ❤️.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful women who joined us for the first of our two menopause workshops today.

Your openness, curiosity, honesty, and willingness to share made the space truly special. Conversations like these remind me how powerful it is when women come together to learn, reflect, and support one another through this transition.

I could not have done this without the incredible collaboration of Julie Blume from .ch , who nourished us with beautiful, delicious and thoughtfully prepared food that made the whole experience feel even more welcoming and grounding.

And a very special thank you to .med.tinabernardi – FMH Gynecology and Obstetrics, whose expertise helped us sort through many of the myths and misconceptions around midlife and menopause with clarity and compassion.

And I’m also deeply grateful to Ola from .ch , my amazing social media collaborator, who helps ensure that this message reaches women in a thoughtful and beautiful way.

Our second workshop will take place on 12 April, and we will dive deeper into two topics that generate so many questions: hormones and nutrition.

Together we’ll explore:
🌱 what is happening in your body during menopause
🌱 the role of hormones and HRT
🌱 how nutrition can support wellbeing in midlife
🌱 foundational nutrition skills for long-term health
🌱 navigating eating behaviours with compassion and clarity

Dr. Tina Bernardi will also guide us through the essentials of hormones and HRT, helping us better understand the options and the science behind them.

And Julie will be back as well - preparing another beautiful, nourishing brunch to share together.

If today showed me anything, it’s that these conversations matter — and that women are hungry for clear, supportive, evidence-based spaces to talk about midlife.

If you feel called to join us for the second workshop, you would be very warmly welcome.

📅 When: 12 April, 10:00–14:00
📍 Where: Feel Good Zone, Horgen

This Sunday we’ll gather for the first of our two menopause workshops — and one of the things I’m most excited about (besides the conversations and learning) is the beautiful brunch we’ll share together.

Julie Blume from .ch is preparing a delicious, nourishing spread designed to support midlife wellbeing — food that fuels the body, invites us to slow down, and creates space for connection around the table.

In this first workshop we’ll be exploring some of the foundations that can make a real difference during this phase of life:

🌷 how exercise needs to evolve in midlife
🌷 mental health and resilience
🌷 sleep and stress-management strategies
🌷 and simple, practical tools you can start using immediately

There will be plenty of hands-on opportunities to move, reflect, and learn — in a small, supportive group setting.

If you’ve been thinking about joining, it’s not too late.

We still have a couple of spots available for this Sunday, 15 March.

📍 Feel Good Zone, Horgen
🕙 10:00–14:00

It’s shaping up to be a really special morning. 🌿
If it feels like something you might need right now, you’d be very warmly welcome.
