Jesus told His disciples, you are My friends if you do whatever I command you. No longer do I call you servants ,for the servants does not know what his master is doing ,but I have called you friends ,for all the things that I heard from the my Father I have made known to you.
( John 15:14-15)
Now listen very close , in order to get the best from you co-workers , colleagues, employees , business partners , people around etc , build your relationship on friendship, Jesus understood this concept so well , that explains why He accomplished His mission in just three and half years as all His disciples were His friends .
Instead of puffing around your organisation as the big boss , nurture and cultivate an atmosphere of friendship and see the magic of rapid growth .
