Round 2 of our Inter-School GeoGuessr Championship is complete.

This time, we hosted Ecoles Nemesis at our school, welcoming their students for a second edition that was entirely organised by our own students, from planning to ex*****on.

The level of competition stepped up, with teams navigating across continents in seconds, relying on sharp observation, reasoning, and teamwork under pressure. The atmosphere was focused, dynamic, and genuinely exciting.

A big thank you to École Nemesis for joining us, and to our students for taking full ownership of the event and making it such a success.

Looking forward to the next round.

Teamwork never smelled this good!

Our high schoolers turned the hallway into a pop-up bakery today, raising funds with their culinary skills. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to taste, chat, and cheer them on. Every slice and smile counted.

Some lessons can’t be contained by four walls.

Our students explored landscapes shaped millions of years ago, uncovering fossils through their own inquiry and observation. They asked questions, tested ideas, and pieced together clues from the past, turning curiosity into discovery.

Last Friday, our students at The International School of Sion hosted the first-ever Inter-School Geoguessr Championship.
This friendly competition welcomed participants from Buissonnets Montani and marked the beginning of what we hope will become a long-term tradition of collaboration between private schools in Valais.

What made the event truly remarkable is that it was entirely student-led; from planning to ex*****on. Their initiative, creativity, and attention to detail reflect the kind of active, global-minded learners we aim to nurture.

We’re also grateful to the students from Buissonnets Montani for their participation and great sportsmanship. A big thank you to all involved for making this event such a success.
