Sidekick’s box of screwdrivers for implantology gathers 9 models (each available in 3 lengths) that are compatible with the most popular implant systems on the market. The aim is that you have available, anytime and immediately THE correct model and length of driver needed.🔥🤞🏽

Thanks to the wide choice of proposed geometries, in 99% of the cases you’ll find a compatible model with other brands of implants’ screws. A smart clipping mechanism allows you to quickly assemble/disassemble the driver’s tip and the (very compact) head.

Smile Line’s box of implant drivers is available in two executions : the “basic” set that includes one driver tip of each in the medium size (9 tips + 1 head) or the “master” set that includes one driver tip of each in the three sizes (27 tips + 1 head).
Should you prefer to compose your own customized box, you may order all the components individually.🤩

For completing the concept, Smile Line has created a special clamp forceps which tip is perfectly designed to match the profile of the driver’s head for extra tightening or difficult un-tightening. Its use is extremely comfortable with a direct access to the head’s side without removing the driver from its place.😎

As a base, we took an aluminum rod with a slightly higher diameter. This rod was drilled, then rectified to the final diameter.

All the side openings were machined thanks to the help of a 1mm (!) bur.😮

Machining cycle, only for the tube (without counting the threaded connection parts that are added in a second time) needs 17’.

To this, it must be added sandblasting, anodization, machining and polishing of the PMMA tube that is inserted into the skeleton, turning and anodization of the aluminum connecting parts… and finally, assembly/gluig of the components, laser engraving, o’rings mounting.

Because of the number of components and the time invested for all the production steps, they are proposed only as a limited edition.🔥

Implant base holder is very useful and comfortable for cleaning the parts with steam-jet.🤗

It is also a huge advantage for the gluing operation of the crown on the base : according to manufacturer’s instructions, hold the crown for a few seconds and leave it.

Thanks to the distance ring, the work will not be in contact with the table’s surface during final setting.Implant base holder allows for extremely fast, comfortalbe and secure work.🤩
