We did it! 🔥🚀 The IGNITE conference 2023 was a huge success thanks to the incredible speakers, attendees, and partners who made it all possible. This year's theme was all about humanizing business and exploring how purpose-driven organizations can prioritize personal purpose and employee well-being. With a focus on human-centered leadership, we dove into topics like inspirational leadership, company culture, and corporate governance. We're proud to have hosted keynote speeches, workshops, activities, and a panel discussion that challenged us to rethink how we lead and structure our organizations to put people first. It's time to shift the conversation and create businesses that are not only successful but also ethical and impactful. Make sure to check out our research spotlight with Prof. Dr. Petra Kipfelsberger on the role of leader work meaningfulness, followed by our dynamic “World Café“ ☕️
The World Café is characterised as workshop in which different kinds of topics will be discussed in smaller groups with experts at certain locations to chill music, drinks, snacks…and a timer! Every 6 minutes the groups will change positions and have a look at a different kind of question. The discussed options of the previous group however remain present and will be included in the discussion of the new comers, allowing a diverse range of perspectives to establish!
