Summer Camps and Winter Camps Programs for children from 2 1/2 -15 offering language courses, sports, excursions and cultural outings, ski and snowboarding lessons. Lovell International Camps in Switzerland offer Boys and Girls from around the globe an opportunity to gain rewarding holiday experiences in both summer and winter. re provided, taught by qualified Instructors and Educators. Since then, thousands of children have experienced and benefited from the summer camp which, in association with the John F. Kennedy International School, runs two 3-week sessions for boys and girls ages 6 to14 during July and August. In addition, Lovell International Camps is now offering an exciting winter camp program, providing professional instruction in skiing, ski racing, freestyle and snowboarding amongst other winter pastimes. Sports and activities are combined with optional daily language lessons in English, French or German. One, two and three-week sessions are available to children ages 6 to15 from December 2011 to March 2012. Along with our regular camp program, we are offering, during Camp Sessions 2 and 3, professional ski-racing clinics run by a team of Olympic ski racers. Coaches include former Swiss National Team member, World Cup Ski Racer, two time Olympic Ski Racer and three time Swiss Champion - Patrick Staub, for adults and children alike. Please check out our website for upcoming free-ride and freestyle ski clinics offered by Lovell Camps. This winter, Lovell Camps is also running a daily Kids’ Club at the Mountain Lodge in Schönried. This is an English-language Montessori type preschool program for children ages 21/2 to 5. Children will be part of a wonderful safe learning experience which includes French language activities, cooking, arts and crafts, citizenship, songs, dance, etc. The Kids’ Club is run by qualified, experienced teachers. A daily skiing option is available. Learning outside the classroom plays an essential role at Lovell Camps, enabling children to experience the outdoors and grow as individuals. Children leave the camp with a good basis in English and/or French, new international friendships, winter or summer sports skills, as well as outdoor education and leadership knowledge. What we want for our children is a safe haven where they can reach their true potential through experiential learning. As international educators for forty years we can guarantee this.
