Could your institution host next year's SLAOTI-EPOS Travelling Fellows?

As part of our long-standing collaboration with SLAOTI Latam, three paediatric orthopaedic surgeons from South America will travel to Europe for a fellowship programme culminating in their participation in the 45th EPOS Annual Meeting in Istanbul.

The fellowship will provide our SLAOTI colleagues with a valuable professional and cultural experience in Europe.

We are currently looking for one host institution in Tรผrkiye, as well as two other host centres in two different European countries, to welcome the fellows for approximately 3โ€“6 days each, depending on the final fellowship itinerary.

The deadline for submitting your application for an EPOS Research Grant 2026 is fast approaching. EPOS Research Grants support a broad range of research areas in paediatric orthopaedics, including patient-based studies, clinical and basic science research, and clinical trials.

FEPOS (Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics under EPOS Supervision) is a specialised training programme designed for orthopaedic surgeons seeking advanced education in Paediatric Orthopaedics.

This paid fellowship provides young orthopaedic surgeons with the opportunity to train for one year in a renowned orthopaedic department.

๐Ÿ’ก Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders

๐Ÿ’ก RASopathies, Mosaic Conditions and Overgrowth Syndromes

The course will culminate in a special joint session with ERN BOND - European Reference Network on Rare Bone Diseases, placing the patient perspective at the centre of discussions on the challenges and priorities in rare skeletal disorders, with contributions from leading European representatives of patient organisations and caregivers.
