MedTech, BioTech, FoodTech, ClimateTech, FemTech... So far, this year's Le Rosey applications cover an extraordinary range of ground, and what they all share is founders building with real, positive impact in mind.

Our motto, Actis Virtus, means virtue through action, and that idea isn't confined to the classroom; it's the same instinct that drives a founder to build something rather than just talk about a problem. Roséens get to live that motto by working alongside startups tackling real challenges, and founders put it into action through the MITdesignX Playbook, a proven methodology led by MIT faculty that's helped launch over 250 ventures across five continents since 2017.

"We travelled through Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, visiting companies that showed us just how fast technology and innovation are moving.

We learned about brain technology helping people with paralysis and visited a university, which gave us some insight into what college life in China looks like.

Aside from all the visits, one of the best parts was just spending time with classmates, getting closer to people and exploring the cities together."
