BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU is a martial art and combat sport based on ground fighting and submission holds. Good vibes only!

It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, gaining a dominant position and using a number of techniques to force them into submission. At Alvorada Jiu-Jitsu we provide a family-friendly and healthy environment, positively influencing our students' lives with the art of Jiu-Jitsu. We strive to cultivate values like honor, respect, resilience and self-discipline.
