Due to the current situation, our students have had to adapt the way they conduct banquets and events. This includes having to develop virtual banquets with practical elements.💃🏻

The pictured tasting was part of the selection process for the “clients” to select the right venue and theme. In addition to selling the theme to the 4 VIP guests, they also had to prepare a presentation showcasing their menu, number of staff, decoration, floor plans and other fine details. Although the tasting only had 4 guests, it was live-streamed virtually for external viewers. 🎥

Well done to Hotel Institute Montreux students, who executed an excellent 'The Greatest Showman' concept! 👏🏻
