Dear All,

We are excited to share the pictures of the prizes that the girls have created for the UBS event at EPFL, "Java Runs Very Fast." We had four talented girls, along with one of their mothers, working on this project at my home. Each girl took responsibility for designing a prize. We held a brief course on 3D printing using Tinkercad and Microsoft 3D Builder, where they learned how to modify free models sourced online for chocolate printing. Afterward, each girl designed her own custom cupcake, and this is the fantastic result!

Tomorrow, the girls will proudly wear their GCC t-shirts, participate in the event, and present the prizes to the winners. Alongside this, they’ll also gain a basic understanding of Java concepts. To cap off the experience, they will be invited to write an article about their journey, which UBS plans to circulate internally .

Stay tuned for more pictures tomorrow!
