Pumpkins, play, and lots of autumn smiles! 🍂🎃💛

1KG spent a lovely morning at Jucker Farm in Jona! Our young learners had so much fun exploring the creative pumpkin displays, marveling at the giant sculptures, and discovering the beauty of the season together.

Run your age in minutes 🏃‍♂️⏱️

Every morning this week, Four Forest Lucerne gathered at the Rotsee Wiese to kickstart the day with movement for and the !

The concept: staggered pacing by age. At 8:35 AM, our 16-year-olds set off first. Every minute after, the next age group joined the loop (running right alongside teachers and parents) until our youngest Kindergarten runners hit the track. By the final five minutes, the entire school was moving together in rhythm with the music.

By turning minutes into miles, every step logged adds to our global movement total. Because when we are in motion, we thrive!

Fresh air, forest trails, and shared memories 🍂🌳

In the lead-up to Global Be Well Day tomorrow, our Four Forest Zug community took learning outdoors to log hours for the Cognita Schools !

Our Primary students travelled to Baar for an active hike to the Schlaufensteg, taking in stunning autumn forest views before gathering along the Lorze River to roast sausages and marshmallows over the fire. Meanwhile, our 1KG group took on the Zugiblubbi Adventure Trail up on Zugerberg, building balance, coordination, and stamina through outdoor exploration.

Every step counts towards our movement goals—because when we are in motion, we thrive. We can’t wait to celebrate tomorrow!

Days like this remind us that well-being, movement, and meaningful connection are just as vital to growth as what happens inside the classroom.
