We are happy to welcome Chef Denis Martig back to Le Bouveret for a series of 3 lessons to our second year students for the 'Baking and Pastry Arts' class. Chef Martig is internationally known for his many desserts and cakes prepared for Heads of States, Presidents, Governors and personalities of Show Business and is particularly proud of having made Elvis Presley’s wedding cake in Las Vegas!
