Fun fact about Geneva: The Jet d'Eau fountain was not originally intended to be a fountain. In 1886, the city of Geneva opened a hydraulic pump station, and at the end of each day when the machines were turned off, a valve was opened to release the water pressure, resulting in this fountain. People liked it so much that it eventually became a symbol of the city and was moved to the middle of the lake, where it stands today as the Jet d'Eau.

From initial concepts to breathtaking masterpieces, our students have excelled in every aspect of pastry, chocolate, and sugar art. Under the expert tutelage of instructor David Müller, these aspiring pastry chefs transformed ordinary ingredients into extraordinary works of edible art. 😍
Their creations were exquisite in taste and appearance, proving the possibilities in pastry and confectionery are limitless! 🔆

Since our inauguration nearly 40 years ago, we have been taking the meaning of 'breaking the ice' to a whole new level at Hotel Institute Montreux!🧊🔨
We welcomed new and returning students to our campus on the Swiss Riviera. Together, we celebrated the start of our Winter 2023 term with our traditional icebreaker event - taking the term from figurative to literal and having lots of fun in the process! 🇨🇭

Our Le Bouveret campus welcomed the children of staff members from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland to immerse in Journée Oser Tous Les Métiers (JOM). 🚸
The JOM initiative allows children to discover professions outside of the usual clichés. 👮 🏥
Our young visitors enjoyed an in-depth exploration of hospitality and culinary professions. They learned to be open to opportunities when choosing their future careers and follow their passions.❤️
