The bus will leave at 06h30 in the MORNING on September 13th, the day of the departure and a small breakfast will be served from 06h00 in the MORNING. Please be there a bit before.

For all train ticket holders:

This email is to inform you that the breakfast will be at 06h00 in the MORGNING on September 13th, the day of the departur and that there will be 3 cars waiting for you and leaving at 06h25 in the MORNING from the hotel.

1 car, driver GABRIEL WEIDMANN: 2 places
1 car, driver MICHEL BURNIER: 2 places + Mrs. Cifkova
1 taxi: 6 places

The cars will take you directly to Aigle station where you could catch the train leaving at 07h11 on platform 2. Please stay together as you have a group tickets. All of you have received small tickets and Federica FOGACCI has received the MAIN ticket. Just show the main ticket and the small ones when the controller is there in the wagon.

Transfer GVA Airport to Eurotel Victoria, Les Diablerets

Dear participants (excluded Mr. JABER and including: Mrs. CIFKOVA and Mr. KAHAN):

At your arrival in Geneva Airport, just after picking up your luggage you will arrive at the arrivals hall. There, Pauline Burnier will be waiting for you with a sign (see picture). Go to her and she will inform you of where you need to go next to catch the bus that is going to take you up to Les Diablerets, directly at the Hotel.

There will be 3 buses leaving at:
1. 11:30
2. 15:30
3. 19:30

Depending on when you arrive, Pauline will tell you in which bus you will be. If you have some time to wait before the departure of the bus, you can leave your luggage in the bus (if it is already here) and drink/eat something in the arrivals hall.

PS: Mr. HAMOOD HASSAN's wife can also take one of these buses.
