Swissroommate EHL Residence du Parc is a student accommodation specially designed for EHL Students. Except clothes washing and drying (small fee)

1st floor (rooms 1,2,and 3)
- 3 furnished bedrooms: bed, desk, closet, hardwood floors and broadband high speed internet access
- One of the rooms with WC and sink inside.
- 1 shared full bath-room, with bath-tube, shower, 3 mirrored sinks, WC
- Bath-room shared by the 3 students in same floor

2nd floor (rooms 4,5 and 6)
- 3 furnished bedrooms: bed, desk, closet, hardwood floors and broadband high speed internet access
- All bedrooms in 2nd floor have an internal mirrored sink each
- Hardwood floors
- 1 external shared bath-room , WC and shower
- Bath-room shared by the 3 students in same floor

Basement (shared space)
- Shared Laundry station with washer and dryer
- Storage space
- Entertainment area

External parking (extra cost)
- One covered parking,
CHF 120,-/month
- 2 uncovered parking places
CHF 100,-/month

Cost of rent: CHF 1050,-/month per bedroom. ADSL Internet, common areas are cleaned once a week and all shared services included.
