- Boarding Houseparent (for boys)
- Assistant Boarding Houseparent (for boys)

These are full time residential roles within our international boarding community in Lausanne. Members of the boarding team hold a key role in supporting students aged 11–18, promoting their academic, social and emotional development within a caring and structured environment, and ensuring their overall wellbeing.

Boarding staff are central to creating a safe, welcoming and family atmosphere where students feel supported, valued and able to thrive. Their guidance and presence help students grow in confidence, develop independence and build strong relationships within an international community.
