If you are fed up with your job, it's likely for one of these two reasons:
1. You’re too stressed
2. You’re too bored
The problem is, these two things work in cycles and are hard to completely avoid.
You start a new job and everything is new, it’s stressful, the level of challenge is high, sometimes too high, and you’re scared you’ll burn out.
Then, you start to figure it out. The challenge is still there but you feel like you can tackle it. You’re in your sweet spot and you’re happy.
Then, it becomes easy. You’ve done everything a million times and could do your job in your sleep. You’re bored and under-challenged.
So, you go for a promotion or a new job.
And the cycle starts again.
-->
Perhaps, instead of resenting each stage of this cycle, we would be happier if we recognised its inevitability and learned to appreciate the benefits of where we are right now.

How to succeed in a career ? Comment réussir sa carrière ?
Here is the point of view of M. I. Akalay, Sonasid's CEO.
French below.
"Often young people ask me how to succeed in a career? I don't think there is a recipe but some ingredients can be useful. Read a lot everything and learn to read those who write ideas contrary to ours. When we have acquired a little experience we tend to overestimate ourselves and we sometimes fail.failure leads you to question yourself, to feel null, you become aware of your ignorance. Thus begins the learning of wisdom. Finally you gain experience, your expertise begins to assert itself and you become a professional. Your confidence becomes legitimate, you are capable of discernment and you have no difficulty in saying I do not know where I was wrong.
Then begins the balance of self-confidence and ego management. The effort never stops because each time there is a need to learn and acquire new skills. Humility, mastery of jealousy, conflict management and benevolence gradually complete the need for success. The will to succeed requires effort and perseverance."

Have you heard about the Dunning-Kruger effect ?
The Dunning-Kruger effect essentially states that those with the highest egos like to massively overestimate themselves. On the other hand, the most modest people seem to underestimate their abilities.
How do you rate yourself ?

Why incompetent people think they're amazing
How good are you with money? What about reading people's emotions? How healthy are you, compared to other people you know? Knowing how our skills stack up against others is useful in many ways. But psychological research suggests that we're not very good at evaluating ourselves accurately. In fact,....

A study in Zurich (Switzerland) published on Tuesday found that consuming added sugar stimulates the production of fat in the liver, even in moderate amounts.

..
⚫ For example, on average, the Swiss swallow more than 100 grams of sugar per day.
..

*It's becoming quite normal, don't let it be*
Employees need, and increasingly demand, resources to help them cope with mental health problems. If companies make mental health services more accessible and intervene in the workplace in ways that improve well-being, they will simultaneously make investments that will provide real improvements in employee outcomes and consequently in company performance.
Even before the COVID-19 crisis, behavioral health problems such as anxiety, stress, and depression were widespread, constituting a leading cause of diminished well-being and exacting an enormous toll in the form of absenteeism, reduced productivity, and increased healthcare costs.
habit : The pandemic worsened the situation, but don't let it get you down! Unless you're sick then definitely stay home and take care of yourself.
