Our foundation is the Individually Trained Oral Prophylaxis Programme (iTOP), which helps dental professionals educate patients on effective biofilm management. iTOP - individually trained oral prophylaxis makes successful life-long oral hygiene possible! Properly and successfully mediating the care of one’s own teeth is a challenge in our society. Neither parents, the self-taught nor advanced sta

te prophylactic education have achieved this completely. Individual training with periodical examination and correction carried out by trained dental professionals make long-term success possible for everyone and anyone. iTOP uses new technologies to instruct and motivate patients, develops their own easy-to-use tools and trains oral hygiene professionals. It is our aim to let everyone benefit from our experience and our knowledge. Perfect oral hygiene must be acceptable, effective and non-traumatic. There isn’t anything that cannot be made better! iTOP is based on three fundamental principles: compliance, efficiency and trauma-free.
