Digital pedagogy done well does not replace the human connection at the heart of good teaching. It strengthens it.

Educators from across the region gathered to explore curriculum trends, the role of AI in modern classrooms, and what it means to keep learning when you are the one doing the teaching.

There are classrooms in South Africa where the walls are shipping containers, where 80 or 100 students share a single room, and where the school meal is the only food some children will eat that day.

The educators leading those schools came to this workshop carrying all of that with them. Principals and teachers from communities where the job description goes far beyond teaching, covering the roles of social worker, parent, and everything in between.

Educators Without Borders International is proud to stand alongside educators who carry this much and keep going.

That is what happened at St. Paul’s University in Nairobi. Educators from across Kenya spent time together examining what inclusion genuinely requires, not as a concept but as a daily practice in classrooms and communities.
