👋 Welcome, UNIDIR's 2026 Women in AI fellows!

We are delighted to welcome 33 women diplomats and government representatives from around the world to Geneva for this year’s fellowship programme.

Over the week, fellows will engage with experts, practitioners and leaders working at the intersection of AI, international security and governance. Through an intensive and interactive programme, they will explore policy challenges, exchange perspectives, and build lasting professional networks.

We look forward to supporting this exceptional cohort and to the contributions they will bring to shaping the future of AI governance.
