It’s easy to mistake activity for progress, especially in a world filled with distractions, noise, and constant demands for our attention.

But more isn’t always better. Faster isn’t always forward.
Direction matters more than speed.

Some of the most meaningful progress comes not from doing more, but from creating with clarity, focusing on what matters, and taking deliberate action in the right direction.

In a fast-paced world filled with noise and constant distractions, it is important to cultivate focus, alignment and mindfulness.

We are excited to have joining us as a guest teacher 🥳☀️💛

Isis is a certified Classical Pilates teacher through Active IQ from Xclub London. After five years working in sourcing and driving sustainability initiatives to create positive impact for people and the planet, she returned to Switzerland to dedicate herself fully to supporting people’s wellbeing through Pilates.

Her classes blend refined technique, fluid strength, and immersive electro-house beats to create a calm yet powerful experience. Rooted in self-love and empowerment, each session invites you to reconnect inward, build strength with elegance, and leave feeling grounded and fully in your body.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a reminder that mental health is essential to the health of individuals and our communities, and is just as important as physical health.

Some figures suggest that around one in every three people will experience a mental health challenge at some point in their lives. Millions of people experience anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, stress, and other mental health struggles every year, often in silence. These experiences are far more common than many people realize, and no one should ever feel ashamed for struggling.

This month, and every day, we encourage you to seek support if you need it, and to check in on the wellbeing of your loved ones and people around you. Remember to be patient and compassionate with yourself, and to extend that same care to others.

Whether through therapy, movement, mindfulness, community, rest, or honest conversations, every effort can contribute to improving our mental health and overall wellbeing.

Let’s continue working together to break the stigma surrounding mental health and create spaces where people feel safe, seen, supported, and understood.

At Naya Yoga, we will continue to try to do our part by raising awareness on the importance of mental and physical wellbeing and providing spaces for mindfulness and support.
