🤩 As our Fall courses are starting, here's a look back at one of our Summer signature courses! As a part of the summer course on the impact of w**e and chocolate production in Switzerland, taught by Dr. Petya Ivanova and Dr. Edward Boon, students went on an exceptional excursion.

✨ On July 23, they visited the Lavaux w**e region. Students were introduced to the region's history and w**emaking practices. At Lavaux Vinorama, they watched the movie "A Winegrower's Year" and tasted white and red w**es. Lavaux is the most famous Swiss w**e region, on Lake Geneva, between Lausanne and Montreux. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site because its terraced vineyards, created in the 11th century, represent an exceptional interaction between humans and their environment.
