Ronnie Coleman was known for his intense lifestyle, both inside and outside the gym. To stay hydrated, he reportedly drank around two to three gallons of water every day. His training environment made this even more important, as his gym had no air conditioning and temperatures could sometimes reach nearly 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
But Coleman’s demanding routine did not end after his workouts. He also worked for the police department, where he spent long hours wearing a heavy vest. By the end of his shifts, he was often completely drenched in sweat.
With extreme heat, hard training, and physically demanding police work, staying hydrated became a major part of his daily routine. Drinking large amounts of water helped him deal with the constant sweating and demanding conditions he faced. Whether he was training for bodybuilding competitions or working his job, Coleman understood the importance of keeping his body hydrated throughout the day.
