🌟 Reflecting on 10 Years of Personal Development 🌟
Hey friends! ✨ I wanted to take a moment to share a little piece of my journey with you all. Over the past 10 years, personal development has been my constant companion, guiding me through ups and downs, and helping me discover who I truly am. 🌱
Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a ta**ra festival in Ibiza, where I immersed myself in transformative experiences like Osho dynamic meditation, Partner yoga, shadow workshop, caressing touch, and many more. These practices opened up new ways of seeing and being in the world, allowing me to tap into my inner wisdom and embrace life with a renewed sense of purpose. 🌈
But it hasn't always been smooth sailing. I've faced big financial challenges that made me question my capabilities. I've experienced heartbreak that left me feeling shattered. Yet, amidst these trials, beautiful moments in relationships have touched my heart and reminded me of the power of love and connection. 💔❤️
Throughout this incredible journey, I've learned the importance of finding my own way, even when faced with numerous obstacles and constant change – from countless removals to realizing my wildest dreams. I've embarked on unforgettable travels, battled diseases, found healing and cure, all while questioning authority and seeking answers within myself. 🧘♀️💪
Today, as I reflect on everything I've been through, it fills me with gratitude and a deep desire to inspire others. If there's one thing I want you to take away from my story, it's this: no matter where you are right now or what challenges you face, know that there is always hope for growth and transformation within you. We are all one.
So embrace your emotions, love yourself, dear friends! Believe in yourself and uncover your own unique path towards personal development. Let your story inspire others just as mine has inspired me. These last few months have been just crazy.
So many adventures, so many newly visited places, so many new people, joy, passion, running, yoga and traveling. Even when it's hard, I know why I'm doing it.

Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga that was codified and popularized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century. Ashtanga means "eight-limbed" in Sanskrit, referring to the eight limbs of yoga outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Ashtanga Yoga is often referred to as "Power Yoga," due to the active nature of the practice. Ashtanga Yoga is traditionally practiced six days per week, with one day off for rest. However, even 30 minutes of practice several times a week can have an amazing effect on your well-being throughout the day.
The practice consists of a set sequence of asanas, or postures, that are performed in a flowing style linked to breath.
Ashtanga Yoga is an excellent practice for building strength, flexibility, and stamina. It is also a very detoxifying practice, as it promotes sweating and the release of toxins from the body.

Today we are starting a series of texts about the benefits of yoga, running and traveling. Let's start with running 😉

In addition, running gives you a chance to clear your head and focus on your breath. It can help you to forget about your stressors and focus on the present moment.
Running is also a great way to meet new people and explore new places. There are many running groups and clubs that you can join, and participating in races can be a great way to challenge yourself.
