Industrial Revolution and its impact on ethics” (2020). A change leader for more than 20 years in Investment Banking, Karen was responsible for the development and implementation of the CEE strategy of HypoVereinsbank. She co-created Project Finance and introduced extra-financial risk management in Unicredit. Karen represented the institutions in all the internal and external exchanges with multilateral agencies, that dealt with risk
management and global administrative law – OECD, UN, the World Bank, the European Investment Bank and other Development Finance Institutions. Aa Board Member of the Equator Principles Financial Institutions Association, she was responsible for “Stakeholder Engagement” and “Outreach”.
