On our main programs, we continue to incorporate weightlifting complexes.
These allow you to practice and refine the technique of different weightlifting movements within a single set. This helps reinforce proper movement patterns, coordination, and timing.
The front squats in the clean and jerk complexes fatigue the legs and postural muscles, forcing you to be more precise with the dip and drive of the jerk. Meanwhile, the overhead squat at the end of the sn**ch complexes increases time under tension and builds positional awareness.

POV: You’ve just finished your workout, and that feeling of fulfillment hits differently.
You’re exhausted, but proud. You showed up, pushed your limits, and left nothing behind.
If you want to become stronger, faster, fitter, and more resilient, you need intensity.
Intensity elevates your heart rate, challenges your nervous system, burns energy, and forces your body to adapt.
But here’s the thing:
Intensity is individual.
What challenges you might be easy for someone else, and vice versa.
Don’t compare your intensity to someone else’s. Find the level that challenges you, stay consistent, and keep progressing.
