In this block, we focus on developing stronger strict pulling & pushing strength.

The goal:
build strength, improve body control, and create better positions for advanced gymnastics skills.

On Monday, we will start a 6-week intensity phase. Volume will decrease, and intensity will increase.

On Thursdays we focus on building our base endurance.

This session is especially important if your aerobic capacity is low and you tend to get out of breath quickly.

Running is one of the most direct ways to improve endurance. Make sure to stay in Zone 2 (using a heart-rate monitor is recommended).

This pace might feel very slow at first, that’s completely normal. You should be able to hold a conversation while running. If not, slow down.

Over time, your endurance will improve and your pace will naturally increase.

Strength + Upper Body Accessory + Core
→ Additional: Rowing conditioning

Wednesday
Weightlifting (Clean) + Handstand Skill + Workout

Thursday
Aerobic Base Work

Friday
Weightlifting (Split Jerk) + Front Squat + Workout
→ Additional: Skill session

Saturday
Strict Gymnastics + Deadlift Strength + Accessory
→ Additional: Aerobic power conditioning
